This is our 9th time to South Africa with Here’s My Card and it was probably our best holiday ever. From the vineyards in Franschhoek, to all the adventures that Plettenberg Bay can offer and finally to the wonders of Cape Town and the beaches at Camps Bay. We loved it all…….and will be back!

Our family finally managed to take this long awaited trip to South Africa post the covid pandemic, and we had the best time at Kwandwe on Safari, rounded off with some activity packed days in and around Cape Town and a blissfully chilled weekend at Babylonstoren. My husband, two daughters (ages 4 and 6) and I spent an amazing 4 nights at Ecca Lodge on the Kwandwe game reserve in March earlier this year. Clare was an amazing help in suggesting a great family friendly lodge and arranging all the details. The staff at Ecca were fantastic with the kids! Our ranger, Courtney, and tracker, Vuyani, were gentle and patient with our girls, keeping them engaged on the game drives and taking them on a special picnic outing with one of the other younger guests. The lodge was also really great for us parents, getting a lot of time to relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings and animal life.
This is not the first time we have asked Clare for help arranging an unforgettable trip, and it definitely won’t be the last!

We made it home and it was an absolutely amazing holiday - thank you! Definitely worth the effort to get there! We just want to say a huge thank you to Kerry and Here’s My Card Travel for organising our Christmas holiday to Mauritius. It was the most amazing trip, made all the more special as it was our first holiday in nearly two years and was well worth all the extra effort to make it there.
The Four Seasons was fantastic - beautiful setting, beautiful food and the best service we have experienced in a hotel. We stayed in a four bedroom residence villa which was so spacious with a lovely pool. Highlights included Christmas Eve on a private catamaran, eating barbecued lobster, and Christmas Day swimming in the Indian Ocean at the resort’s private island beach.
We are thinking about our next holiday with Kerry and Here’s My Card already!

I am not sure how I will book travel going forward without Clare. We had a seamless trip (which is saying something when travelling with 3 kids!) and it was made so much easier by the attention to detail that Clare had considered.
Although I am sure that much of our experience was down to Kirkman’s Camp itself, I couldn’t help but get the impression that we were being looked after over and above the usual, due to Clare’s relationships and reputation. We even received a document with everything we needed to know, including how to navigate the grey areas of tipping!

Here’s My Card organised yet another (our 4th) perfect holiday to a dream location. Santorini in Mozambique was exquisite in so many ways and no picture can possibly convey the beauty of the place. The staff were just gorgeous - attentive but discrete and desperate to meet our every need. The rooms and decoration throughout the hotel was really well thought out with lovely touches throughout but it was the views that really wowed us - miles of sandy beach with no one else in sight. We took the boat out to see dugong and although we didn’t spot any, even my teenage children had their breath taken away by the seascapes that they saw. Mozambique is a long way to go from London but I truly believe we will never see beauty like that again!

Our holiday in South Africa, was absolutely amazing and so well and carefully organised by Kerry & Clare. So much had to be taken into consideration, including age groups ranging from 8 years to 70 years. We went to three different areas – Cape Town, Stellenbosch and the mountains so experiencing three different areas and in all three venues we had excellent accommodation and service and there was always so much to see and do but with the luxury of wonderful facilities when we relaxed.

Once again Here’s My Card outdid themselves organising another faultless holiday. Having been to South Africa three times before we couldn’t imagine there’d be much more to see but we couldn’t have been more wrong. Cape Town is always good fun so we were more than ready to hit the sun beds and pool in Stellenbosch. The villa at Oldenburg was absolutely stunning with more than enough room for us all. We were beautifully looked after and spent much of the day simply taking in the spectacular scenery. We had just enough organised that we could totally relax whilst saying we’d explored the area too. Fully recharged we went on to Bushmanskloof which was incredible. Without any of the “man-eating” game roaming the surrounding area, we were able to trek to waterfalls, swim in canyons, canoe round lakes whilst being surrounded by ostrich, zebra and springbok. The food was exquisite, often grown on-site and our tracker was brilliant, always knowing when to suggest that long-awaited sundowner!
Thank you so much Kerry and Clare for such a magical time, we couldn’t have been happier with the holiday you organised for us.
