I can't say how much we enjoyed the trip. Guy, in particular, was totally impressed by the organisation and attention to detail. Nothing was left to chance. For him it was the first time experiencing this type of trip and it certainly took away a lot of the stress from me. Even the simplest thing like - "Where will we eat??" (which is a top priority for him!!!!). Also for Siena to be catered for was a huge bonus.

Not having to think about "what's happening next" was extremely relaxing and hassle free - all I had to do was check the itinerary. As we were on such a tight schedule this was particularly helpful - it’s amazing how much time can be wasted deciding "what to do, where to go etc." Having said that, there was enough free time built in that we could wander and look at shops or stop for a coffee - nothing felt too "timetabled".

All the locations suited us and provided everything we needed. The service everywhere we stayed was impeccable and we found everyone very friendly and willing to assist us in every way. Keith's tour was informative and interesting). He even managed to get me out of bed an hour earlier so we would miss the traffic!!!! Dulini was magical for all 3 of us (even though I had only been a year ago). It was lovely to meet everyone again and introduce Guy and Siena to them. We loved every minute of it and will certainly return at some point in the future. It is definitely the best bit.

I can honestly say that we have not stopped talking about the trip since we came home. I would not hesitate to recommend "Here's My Card" to anyone I knew who was thinking of a trip to South Africa. You and Kerry do a marvellous job at making us feel comfortable, looked after, and at ease with our surroundings. It's just like "home from home" (apart from the weather!!!!).

We had an outstanding holiday with friends in South Africa, celebrating two special birthdays in our group of four. From our arrival in Cape Town to departure from Johannesburg all the arrangements made by ‘Here’s my card’ worked perfectly. The combination of whale watching in Hermanus, wine tasting around Franschhoek and 5 days on safari at Phinda worked brilliantly. The ‘little surprises’ and attention to detail were much appreciated. We had an amazing safari in Kenya that exceeded each and every expectation. This was our first holiday to South Africa and Kerry and Clare have made sure it will not be our last. Starting at The More Quarters Hotel in Cape Town where we were given our "bible" to dropping the car back in Port Elizabeth two weeks later the whole operation was amazing. The "bible" is your personalised itinerary, beautifully printed in a zebra print book, also a gorgeous souvenir.

The attention to detail is second to none. The staff in every property were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Kerry and Clare had recommended restaurants to visit, definitely give the Harbour House in Kalk Bay and the Pot Luck Club a-go. We also ate at La Colombe in Constantia on my birthday, what a fabulous place. Angala Hotel in the winelands was a tranquil haven and again lunch time bookings had been made for two days in different vineyards. Dinner at Angala is not too be missed. The safari at Kwandwe was the icing on the cake. What an amazing place, we saw 4 of the Big 5. Our tracker and driver were very knowledgeable and the staff in The Great River Lodge made this a fantastic end to a brilliant holiday.

None of this would have been possible without the assistance of Kerry and Clare who tailor made a prefect holiday for us and they certainly know who to make a birthday last longer than a week!!

This was, without a doubt, a holiday of a lifetime! And we couldn't have done it without Here’s My Card’s advice, organisation and dedication. They had thought about absolutely everything and presented all the 'need to know' beautifully in our itinerary, which meant that all we had to do was sit back and enjoy the ride!

The girls really took the time to listen to what kind of restaurants, hotels and experiences we wanted and her recommendations were spot on. Our favourite meal was the Butchers Shop & Grill in Cape Town, which we would never have found if it wasn't for Here's My Card. We were upgraded to a suite at Kapama Karula, which was totally unexpected and proved spectacular. We saw all of the big 5 within 24 hours, as well as our informed ranger teaching us about other flaura and fauna in the park. We didn't want to leave!

This was our 4th trip with Here’s my Card and we are already working out when we can do trip number 5. We might even be back this year!

This time, we visited the wonderful Camps Bay, Hermanus and the Eastern Cape all highlights. But we must mention The Great Fish River Lodge at the Kwandwe Game Reserve, some of the most stunning scenery we have ever seen & we had some very special animal sightings here. We have been lucky enough to do this 4 times and each time the lodges and locations booked for us by Clare and Kerry have made the experience unique and etched forever in our memories. We ended our trip in Franschhoek and Stellenbosch the scenery here takes your breath away.

Southern Africa now holds so many special memories for us, we feel fortunate to have found such an amazing service. This trip will never be forgotten and we love recommending Here’s My Card when talking to other travellers.

There is so much to see and if you can why not do it in style, fall in love with this beautiful continent as we have, you will not be disappointed.

Having previously had Here's my Card put together great itineraries for us, we knew we would be in good hands this time round. Our brief was for 'a special island experience' and when HMC recommended North Island in the Seychelles, it took only a quick visit to North Island's website for us to press green for go. From start to finish it was an exceptional experience that put our previous island holidays (with the possible exception of Bedarra Island on the Great Barrier Reef) into a lower league.

North Island's maxim of 'anything, anywhere, anytime' proved to be no idle promise - with service standards, cuisine and overall staff friendliness being quite exceptional. Guests are literally able to design their own day on North, although their private villa accommodation offers much temptation to just chill out 'at home'.

An island paradise for sure and once again we are extremely grateful to Here's my Card for finding another gem for us, whilst placing everything in a matchless itinerary. Well done once again HMC - you are the gold standard to which your competitors should aspire.

A trip to south Africa can be ordinary or extraordinary. Thanks to the competent assistance of Clare and Kerry, of Here’s My Card, our itinerary could not have been more spectacular. We loved each place we stayed and had diverse experiences in each. Our transport from place to place was seamless thanks to attention to detail. Their familiarity with the properties made it possible to have specific rooms; in particular, the best room at Birkenhead.

The hard copy of the detailed itinerary that met us at our hotel in Johannesburg, is the most exceptional, thorough and attractive document I have ever received from any travel agent.

Beyond all else, we were able to have the most incredible time in Cape Town because restaurants were reserved, a guided tour of the botanical gardens was scheduled, and we were able to spend time with our friends who were available to eat, drink, and laugh together.

Our 3rd trip with Here’s My Card was yet another wonderful family adventure for the Dineen's and thank you so much for orchestrating it all. We loved the difference in landscape and mood between Kalahari, Tswalu and Kruger, Londolozi. Both facilities were excellent, though I have to say our favourite is Londolozi overall for approach, service, professionalism while still being warm. The Saxon was beautiful; such a short stay seemed a shame not to enjoy the amenities. The rooms were beyond huge... as was the case as Pioneer Camp. We could have easily fit into one lodge there for sure & extended the stay a couple of days instead...next time. The guides and trackers in both locations were excellent as was the rest of the staff. Our fondness for the region continues to grow.

We spent 10 days in March at both Dulini Safari Lodge and Marataba Luxury Tented Camp. Both reserves were recommended by Kerry & Clare who arranged everything including all internal transfers (planes and cars) – all we had to do was get to Johannesburg.

We ran out of superlatives – the accommodation in both lodges was superb, with fabulous food and service. We shall never forget sitting in the plunge pool with eleven elephants – including a baby days old – eating leaves and grass 50 yards away. Or the leopard loping down the road. Or three baby lions joining in the feast provided by a kudu killed the night before by the lioness. Or standing very quietly – we did four days on walking safaris in Marataba – watching two slightly edgy rhinos less than 100 yards away. Or the hippos coming out of the water at dusk. Or the giraffe bending to drink. Sunrises and sunsets. The fantastic Waterberg mountains. Every day we said – there can’t be anything else – but there always was. An experience of a lifetime.

Sea Five hotel in Camps Bay was a great place to start our trip and then the added surprise of dinner booked at Potluck was amazing. Then on to the Winelands - Angala an incredible Zen like place and the food and service was superb, the attention to detail here was on another level. They came and sang Happy birthday to Matt at breakfast which was so special, thank you so much for arranging that with them. Then on to Hermanus and the South right suite! A lovely beach hotel after the Winelands. On to Plettenberg & we stayed in a lovely hotel. Lastly, we ended on a first class safari at Kwandwe! I can’t say anything more that completely fantastic on every level.

Before we leave Londolozi (we are very sad to leave...), we would love to thank you for the wonderful trip. Londolozi was terrific, they upgraded us from Tree Camp to Granite Suite and we loved everything about this place. It’s beautiful, comfortable and food & service is great. But of course the best are the game drives... even if I had this experience already....but still it was something special and unforgettable for both of us!

We are seriously thinking about going next winter to Etosha Pan and Okavango Delta...I am sure you know where to send us, right?
