We planned a trip through the girls which encompassed sometime in The Mother City, some beach-time in Hermanus & Durban with family & ended on an incredible safari experience at Phinda in Kwa Zulu Natal. The whole process was seamless & it made it very easy to plan this trip as the girls are very knowledgeable about South Africa & what we wanted to achieve from the trip. With their contacts they even managed to secure a free night on safari as well as an upgrade to a simply stunning town-house in Cape Town, which was amazing & we were really grateful for this. Having things like our fridge stocked in our town-house on arrival into Cape Town as well as all our sight-seeing tickets bought in advance was a really nice touch & a clear indication that they go that extra mile for their clients. The kids had a really wonderful time & are already talking about another African adventure!

How we dreamed of Africa ... and how Clare and Kerry brought it all to life for us - even in the winter season!!

We've been lucky enough to travel a lot and been to South Africa before but, this time we were bringing our 17 year old daughter and her friend too!! We wanted to find places we'd never been before, that captured the magic and our imaginations. How blessed we were to find Here's My Card girls! They provided us with a whole spectrum of options from wild camping to the luxury of Bushman's Kloof (which was in fact our final destination!!) Your arrangements make the experience so seamless it would be easy to underestimate the level of work you put in, but on arriving at one of the beautiful boutique hotels you had booked we found the owners not only had a copy of our itinerary but were already prepared to arrange for the return of our hire car after we had left. This gave us some insight into the hard work behind the exemplary service you deliver, and what makes your service stand out above others.

You really listened to what we wanted out of our week in Cape Town and using your local knowledge, and exquisite taste, tailor-made us an exceptional itinerary that was the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. We will never forget the unique experience of learning to play polo in the stunning surrounds of the Franschhoek wine valley... and we can't wait to come back with you again!

This is the second outstanding holiday Clare and Kerry have organized for me. After a beautifully organized 5 days in Cape Town last year, my family asked Here's My Card to arrange a 5 day safari in the Serengeti. The accommodation they chose could not have been more beautiful; from the brand new lodge on the edge of the Ngorongoro Crater to the superb tented camp in Central Serengeti.

Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and had x-ray eyes for spotting wildlife. We saw the big 5, including leopards, which are a rarity. We also saw the wonderful wildebeest migration, herds of elephant, a riveting standoff between a herd of buffalo and a family of 8 lions, and a cheetah versus Grant Gazelle chase. It really was the safari of a lifetime.

With a ten month old baby, booking a trip to South Africa seemed like a daunting process. Clare and Kerry, however, did a wonderful job and provided us with quite a few options that would be both baby friendly, but also as relaxing as possible for us. We ended up going for a cottage in Plettenberg Bay which was fabulous and Clare even managed to find a local company who could provide us with a highchair and travel cot! The cottage and location enabled us to spend some wonderful time together as a family and we introduced our daughter to the sea, a bird sanctuary and even a vineyard! Our thanks to Clare and Kerry for making it a very memorable trip!

We've just returned from our second trip to South Africa, both trips organised by Here's My Card and just wanted to say what a fantastic time we had, again, thanks to all the organisation and input from Clare & Kerry. We have been on many family holidays over the past twenty years and have travelled extensively around the world but our visit to South Africa was the most memorable experience of our lives. South Africa is a destination we have always wanted to visit and it certainly lived up to all our expectations, and beyond. We spend ten wonderful days in Cape Town, Franschhoek and on the Kwandwe Game Reserve. Clare and Kerry provided us with a fantastic itinerary, they recommended some lovely hotels and helped us with all the day to day planning of activities, and so many amazing lunches and dinners. Our only disappointment was that we didn't have longer to explore this beautiful country which offers such variety and excitement. This does mean however that we will be back for more in a few years time!

We had a fantastic trip to South Africa. It was our first time in Africa & we were thrilled with the whole trip! We started off in Cape Town for a couple of days, seeing all this beautiful city had to offer. We then drove to a splendid nature retreat in the Cederberg Mountains which was fabulous. Next stop was the Cape Winelands with its beautiful countryside & wonderful wine! Our final destination was an absolutely great safari experience in the Sabi Sands. We managed to see all the Big Five as close encounters with the leopards. We were even lucky enough to witness a mating leopard couple.

When we decided to book a family holiday to South Africa, we knew we would be in safe hands with Here's My Card organising our itinerary, but the level of service & attention to detail surpassed all our expectations! As we were holidaying with 2 young children, we wanted a mix of self-catering accommodation & hotels & everywhere needed to be baby friendly! 

The accommodation Here's my Card arranged for us was fantastic, but it was the small touches they provided us that really made a difference. Arriving at our villa with a fridge filled with food; having our car hire arranged & booked; having all the baby equipment organised; having great venues for lunch & dinner all booked it advance - it all helped make our holiday super relaxing. 

Kerry and Clare left a helpful brochure containing a suggested daily itinerary, useful information with maps & places to visit with children; like the Cape Town Aquarium & Boulders beach - where the children loved meeting the penguins!
