Kerry planned our honeymoon, and it was truly the most incredible trip of our lives! Going on an African safari was a total bucket list item for us, but we had no idea where to start. Kerry made the planning so easy. She listened to everything we wanted to get out of the trip, presented us with various options at different price points, and in the end we were absolutely blown away by the trip she planned. From the amazing service during every moment of the trip - including having a personal driver every step of the way - to the stunning, private resorts and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, we could never have imagined such a perfect trip.

We were able to completely trust her to pick places that would make us feel right at home and completely safe during every moment of our two-week honeymoon. The honeymoon was amazing & we loved our first stop post our winelands wedding. Our Franschhoek boutique hotel was fantastic. The style, look and feel of this place was beautiful. The safari tents were very romantic & we saw some wonderful game. The Beach Lodge literally took our breath away from the moment we arrived with the phenomenal views in every direction. The staff were extremely friendly and made it immediately feel like home. The architecture is stunning and the rooms made you want to never leave. Each room had endless views of the ocean with no one to see for miles on end. It was the dream honeymoon spot. Then there was the food, wow! The food was absolutely delicious and every meal was adventurous as you never know where you were going to eat next, the restaurant, the terrace, the picnic spot, the beach or the hidden cabana. We loved the effort the staff put in, showing a new experience of the place each time. The staff here go above and beyond to make the experience a 20 out of 10.

Kerry completely curated our honeymoon trip to South Africa and it could easily be described in two words, MASTER PIECE. We had the absolute best time of our lives! Kerry spent time getting to know us and our interests via zoom calls and totally orchestrated a non-stop series of amazing experiences throughout Cape Town, Franschhoek, and last but certainly not least, Kruger National Park. 

The whole trip was jam packed with hiking, dining on wonderful cuisine, wine drinking, safari, and exploration of South Africa’s incredible cities. All made extremely easy by the comprehensive itinerary generated by Here’s My Card. All of the tour guides throughout the trip were extremely kind and we really enjoyed getting to know them and learning from them! And the accommodations throughout were immaculate! 

We honestly could not have imagined a more perfect honeymoon trip! We knew it would be great, but our expectations were surpassed by a long shot. Compass house was gorgeous, the people who worked there were wonderful and even upgraded our room since it was relatively empty. Rehad, our private guide was also fantastic and I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting Cape Town. We also loved our time at Lion Sands and Azura.

We were blessed to have Here’s My Card by our side. Planning a wedding and subsequent honeymoon is hard enough - doing so from across the planet, even tougher but throw in a global pandemic and it's nearly impossible. As they say, everything happens for a reason and our honeymoon was beyond incredible thanks to these women, when did happen. Kerry from Here’s my Card created the most memorable trip we’ve ever been on. Her personal touch came through in each step of the planning process. She started the process with an overseas telephone call where she really got a sense of us and what we were looking for. Where to start … Clare really did organise the honeymoon of dreams, the trip exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.  From our first interaction, Clare was keen to ensure she really understood what we wanted from the trip, she was so accommodating and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Marataba Safari was one of the most magical experiences of our lives and a great way to kick off our trip. Cape Town and the wine-lands did not disappoint. Clare’s itinerary and accommodation choices were fantastic and provided an amazing base from which to explore this beautiful region. On to Mauritius where we stayed at the beautiful Paradise Cove, a breathtaking spot where the staff and hospitality were exceptional, a perfect sunset to our trip however much we didn’t want it to end.

Cape Town - What an amazing city. The Silo Hotel was one of the coolest places I’ve ever seen. Top to bottom it was incredible. Staff, service, rooms, food, all knocked our socks off. It was the ultimate way to step into our African trip and I’m sad for everyone I know who hasn't been there! Words cant describe how much we both loved it. We loved all your recommendations but Chefs Warehouse was one of the best meals we had all trip. I loved the vibe of the city and the views were incredible. How lucky you are to get to spend so much time in such an incredible place.  

La Residence - Take me back, please. Edward and his staff are unmatched in service and hospitality. Easily the most beautiful place I've ever seen. We loved getting to know everyone there and couldn't have been taken better care of. We really felt so welcomed and are lucky to have gotten to know such an amazing place and such amazing people. I can’t wait to go back. We loved hanging at the hotel but also walking into town and shopping around. Couldn't have been better. 

Singita Boulders - Amazing. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. They took such good care of us. Morning and afternoon drives were my favorite. We saw everything we could dream of and staff and service were top notch. 

Azura - The best way to end the trip. We had the best time literally doing nothing. We fished and toured the island but our favorite part was just relaxing on the beach and enjoying the peace and quiet. Rooms were amazing and service was exceptional. 

Again Kerry, I can’t think you and Clare enough for planning the best trip that both Alice and I have ever been on. We've both been lucky enough to have traveled to some cool places so that isn't said lightly. Here’s My Card was so professional the whole time. We felt like you were right there with us the whole time if we had any questions or concerns about anything. We didn't just feel like we were being looked after by all the hotels that we stayed in but it felt like we were being looked after by you the whole time as well. It is mind blowing how you guys pull off what you do. Cant wait to go back and use you guys again.

It was such an extraordinary trip - and we were so well taken care of by you guys - from the moment we landed on the ground in Jo’burg, until the moment we boarded the plane back to LA. Everywhere we went was so special in its own way - Sindabezi was such a beautiful start and their attention to detail was truly extraordinary. The dinner on the sampan, the picnic lunch, all the little details and lovely service in the room.

The andBeyond lodges were all so amazing. I'd say Nxabega had the best guides that we had the whole trip - AK and Equator - they were really special and fun and so enthusiastic about what they did - their love of their craft really showed through. And every night the lodge staff did something sweet honeymoon-wise, which we so appreciated even if we didn't always have room in our stomachs to consume it!

At Xudum the staff went above and beyond to do lovely honeymoon treats - drawing us a bath one night, with Amarula beside it, and creating an extraordinary honeymoon dinner layout complete with paper lanterns and a firepit and a chalkboard with our names on it. Oh! And we did this wonderful Makoro ride which ended at a floating pop-up bar with drinks and sundowner snacks in the middle of the reeds - amazing. We really were sad to leave each place.

And then Benguerra. How stunning. I have to say when we got there we realized we should have stayed a week! There's so much fun stuff to do that we were far from getting bored and it was so nice at the end of the trip to just chill and not be on too much of a schedule. The casinahs are spectacular and our butler Paolo was extraordinary.

The whole trip was really so special and so detailed and thoughtful; you guys were such great caretakers of our experience - from the moment we landed to the moment we left, we were in excellent hands. Thank you thank you for creating an extraordinary honeymoon - we are already thinking of what next trip we could do!
