Here’s my Card organised our trip to Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia and it was amazing!  We wanted to see a lot of different things, which was complicated to arrange due to the sheer distance between locations - without help from Clare & Kerry, I’m not sure we would have achieved our “trip of a lifetime”. 

They gave us the necessary guidance on our itinerary, arranged all our transport, including our own pilot to fly us around Namibia, and found us some truly spectacular accommodation.  They were even on call to help rearrange things when Nambia’s seven-year drought broke overnight and a dried up river became a 100m wide torrent resulting in the need to alter some plans. You guys managed to rearrange our accommodation immediately and seamlessly while we were in the air!   

All in all, it was a fantastic trip and we will definitely be organising some more African adventures with you in the future. Thanks so much to you!

Thanks to Clare and team for helping us get setup with one of our best vacations ever! Clare was very thoughtful and thorough in researching lodges to meet our needs… and she introduced us to Kwandwe resort which turned out to be the perfect option for my wife and I to bring our 5 year old daughter. We loved Kwandwe so much -- the game drives were brilliant, our ranger and guide (Ivan and Ernie) were very skilled and attentive, and we had so many terrific animal experiences. 

The food and lodging was top notch (I’m still stuffed thinking about all the food we ate) and we really felt cared for by the staff. Kerala had a great time too – she got to go on a ‘Poo safari’ (a lot more fun than it may sound) and she made cookies one of the afternoons while Ann got an in-room massage. The amenities were great. We've just returned from our second holiday with Here's My Card; last year was just so good and we were so well looked after that if anything we were expecting for this year to be slightly disappointing. We couldn't have been more wrong!

The trip was compiled around our family of 6 and a lot of time was spent making sure there was something for everyone. The accommodation suggestions were spot on and thought had obviously gone into them. The excursion ideas were all fun too so we chose a few and kept some flexible. From there on in it was plain sailing!

We were warmly greeted everywhere we went and every request was met with a smile. We were picked up at the right time and place by excellent guides who totally understood our 40 year age range. We could wake excited every day as we just knew that whatever Here's My Card had planned for us was totally right and that we all would enjoy every single second of it. This year we had yet another momentous holiday and we are incredibly grateful to Here's My Card for all the care and attention that went into it.

All five members of the Marten family want to thank Kerry and the “Here’s My Card” team for organising what was the most amazing trip to South Africa over the New Year holiday.

We had never been to South Africa before and were keen to experience the often-mentioned delights of Cape Town and the surrounding area, but also more importantly, felt it was the right time to take our three children (13, 12 & 10) on a trip of a lifetime to enjoy the safari experience. The in-depth knowledge and attention to detail provided by Kerry and Clare was certainly evident, which resulted in us enjoying some fantastic locations and experiences.

Having made the decision to travel a little late, at a time when most things were getting booked up, particularly in Cape Town, Kerry worked really hard to find accommodation that would work for us as a family – and she was successful. Cape Town was exciting and we tried to do most of the site and thoroughly enjoyed Kerry’s recommendations for some fantastic restaurants.

However, the highlights of the trip were the amazing Babylonstoren and the amazing beauty of the surrounding winelands, which were a great surprise to us all. The main event, the safari, was exceptional. Staying at Lion Sands was perfect for us and as a result of Kerry’s organisation, the camp staff certainly kept the children really busy. The memories of this trip will remain with us forever. Undoubtedly, Here’s My Card’s knowledge, hard work and patience resulted in a truly fantastic and memorable holiday. Many thanks again.

This is now our 5th trip with Here’s My Card & we had another amazing time in South Africa once again. We especially loved staying in Camps Bay and even though we have been many times to Cape Town before, we had a lot of fun revisiting some old favourites (Table Mountain and Robben Island) as well as trying out some new ones - climbing Lions Head was a great achievement in the middle of the day!!!

Sea Five Boutique Hotel was absolutely superb for our requirements and we'd love to stay there again......soon!

Tswalu again gave us some of the most amazing experiences, although a little hot at times! It is truly a special place although Ros and I are still debating which is better - Tswalu or our Botswana experience in the Okavango Delta?......a high-quality debate! The food has definitely improved since our last visit - the breakfasts were superb!

Many thanks again for organising another wonderful holiday for us...we are already giving some thought to Christmas next year!

This was our second family trip organized by Kerry & Clare from Here’s My Card. As always everything was perfect and very well organized. We began our trip with an amazing Family Safari at the sumptuous Royal Malewane Safari Lodge. We were spoilt with the most amazing game & service by Edward & his team which was exceptional.

Our next stop was the winelands & the amazing La Residence. We ate at some impressive restaurants & estates & also managed a private day trip with Garth where he took us off the beaten track to explore the breath-taking winelands in more detail. We ended our trip in a chic & contemporary villa in Camps Bay, in wonderful Cape Town – the girls arranged a private chef for us so I didn’t have to lift a finger & we enjoyed a traditional South African ‘braai’ as well as many other great nights out in the city experiencing the amazing food culture. Not forgetting our amazing private guided day trips – where we really got to experience The Mother City in more detail! 

Kerry & Clare got to know us so well that they understood our habits and wishes. We found this whole experience fabulous. Here’s to the next African Adventure!

Here's My Card came highly recommended by a friend and provided exceptional service with regard to our family trip to South Africa. We were travelling with our son and daughter (aged 19 and 21) and Kerry and Clare thought of everything and managed to formulate an itinerary that suited us all. Everything organised down to the finest detail and nothing was too much trouble. 

The booklet provided with our blow by blow itinerary drew gasps of amazement wherever we went! We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Winelands, followed by a busy and action-packed stay in Cape Town. We explored Table Mountain, visited Robben Island and also managed to fit in some whale watching. However, the final leg of our journey was a safari at Tarkuni Lodge at Tswalu. We were completely blown away by the number and variety of animals that we saw at very close quarters and our guides went above and beyond the call of duty to provide us with a really magical experience. 

I can't recommend Kerry and Clare highly enough for their hard work and staying in constant touch to ensure that everything went according to plan. We can't wait until we can return to South Africa again. I contacted Kerry & Clare to see if they could assist us with some safari suggestions for me & the family. From beginning to end we only had seamless service from the girls & it was one of the easiest trips I have ever had to arrange!

We know Cape Town very well as we visit often but safari was something we needed more insight into as the last time we did this, it was for our own honeymoon. It was also the first time our children, Jana & David were going on safari so I wanted something really special.

The girls presented some options based on what our expectations were & we decided on Ulusaba in the Sabi Sands for 3 nights. The camp was quite exceptional & our two-bedroom suite was positioned on top of this hill-side so we had incredible views of the bush & vistas in front of us. All the staff & our ranger were so friendly & brilliant & we were spoilt with literally ‘The Big Five’ on our first game drive! The camp staff were up to speed on who were & when to expect us, what we liked & didn’t like so we were really taken care of from start to finish. Each night we had a different dining experience & all in all, this was a trip that will not be forgotten.

Our trip to South Africa was just amazing! Everything went well and we were totally happy.

We flew from East London to Kwandwe in a private Cessna, which was quite an experience. Very windy … but adventurous …

The safari lodge was an excellent recommendation by Here’s My Card – we had the most amazing time there! We saw the big 5 and lots more, and had fantastic moments with the animals. The lodge is very elegant and cosy, food is very good, the staff very friendly, and we just loved this place and would go back there in a minute.

After the safari we went to Franschhoek where we stayed right on the main street, the location is unbeatable. Rooms are very nice, very good breakfast, super friendly staff, nice pool area, and everything brand new. Really great! We had dinner at the Tasting room, and this was an incredible experience. 8-course-surprise-menu, very creative. Even if you don´t like everything you get, it is worth to go there. We were invited into the kitchen and talked to Margot Janse, the chef, for a while.

Thank you again for organizing everything so perfectly for us! There was absolutely nothing to complain about and we will recommend you to all our friends!

Two years ago, Kerry and Clare planned what I thought would be a once in a lifetime trip to Africa. However, upon completion of the trip, I knew I needed to go back and wanted to share the experience with my family. Kerry and Clare went above and beyond to ensure every single detail was handled. From start to finish, the trip was absolute perfection! From the moment we landed in South Africa, every aspect of the logistics were easy and effortless. Town cars were waiting, reservations were made and confirmed, food allergies already on file, and a smiling face greeted us at every turn. The warm welcome we received at Babylonstoren was so impressive, I was convinced Kerry had told them we were celebrities.

The private driving tour of the vineyards in Stellenbosch with Keith, and a private biking tour of Franschhoek with Tayne were both custom tailored to our specific interests and were highlights of the trip. Every single restaurant they suggested was better than the last. Our time on safari at Lion Sands was so incredible I want to go back yet again. What a treat to have a personalized booklet of the details of our itinerary to recall all the amazing places we visited and things that we did.

You handled every detail for the whole trip so that we had nothing to worry about. The transfers, the food, the accommodations, the adventures just got better with each day. Being with my two favourite people was priceless. You were exceedingly patient and kind in trying to do it all at a reasonable cost to meet our budget All your recommendations were excellent and we especially enjoyed our enchanting B&B in Franschhoek and dining at Delaire Graff. The rest of the trip was fantastic too - absolutely no hitches. We LOVED our road trip in Namibia with the wild landscapes and great game viewing, particularly in Etosha. An added bonus was our drive down the Skeleton Coast which was spectacular but we really enjoyed Twyfelfontein, Damaraland and everywhere else too. A bush dinner for Christmas Eve and lodge rooftop dining for Christmas night made Christmas very special. The magical colours of the dunes at Sossusvlei have left lasting memories of a fabulous trip.
