I just wanted to also send you a massive thank you for recommending, arranging, booking our trip. I know we booked late and therefore the choices would have been limited - BUT both the destinations you helped us with where absolutely top class. We really couldn't have wished for anything better.

Aside from all the activities we got involved with (swimming with dolphins, watching giant turtles lay their eggs, horse riding at Ponta Mamoli, and then the wonderful wonderful game drives at Phinda) the level of service at Ponta Mamoli and the quality of the food at Phinda where both head and shoulders above my expectations. They really looked after us incredibly well.

A short, but brilliant holiday! Lots of adventures for all the family to remember forever!!

I honestly can't imagine that our two week holiday to South Africa with Here's My Card could have been any better! There are 6 of us in our family, Mark and I and 4 girls (11,9,7 & 5) and although I wouldn't say we were difficult to please, we definitely know what we like! Here's My Card nailed it at every step and there were a lot of them! We decided to do a 3 centre holiday, Plett, Safari and Cape Town so that's a lot of logistics to consider but we could totally relax in the knowledge that everything was taken care of - cars were there on time, GM's expected us, hotels had the right beds ready, gorgeous restaurants were booked and all tickets pre-booked - all we needed to do was to turn to the right page of our detailed itinerary to know where to be and when.

As you put yourself in someone else's hands for 2 - 3 weeks, the value of having an agent on the ground becomes apparent. The suggestions that Kerry and Clare made were spot on - we'd discussed some of our ideas, they gave their suggestions and then they formatted it all in a way that made total sense. They could be trusted to know the latest and greatest of restaurants/trips/wine estates to the extent that we knew more than many seasoned travellers there. That we could rely on superb quality at every stage also meant we could relax more - none of the staff could have been friendlier, rooms/amenities couldn't have been cleaner and the food and the drink were incredible.

Heartfelt thanks from all of us to you both for a truly magical holiday - as my 4 girls kept saying as they skipped out of bed at 5am for 4 days on safari, this is the holiday of a lifetime!

I can't say how much we enjoyed the trip. Guy, in particular, was totally impressed by the organisation and attention to detail. Nothing was left to chance. For him it was the first time experiencing this type of trip and it certainly took away a lot of the stress from me. Even the simplest thing like - "Where will we eat??" (which is a top priority for him!!!!). Also for Siena to be catered for was a huge bonus.

Not having to think about "what's happening next" was extremely relaxing and hassle free - all I had to do was check the itinerary. As we were on such a tight schedule this was particularly helpful - it’s amazing how much time can be wasted deciding "what to do, where to go etc." Having said that, there was enough free time built in that we could wander and look at shops or stop for a coffee - nothing felt too "timetabled".

All the locations suited us and provided everything we needed. The service everywhere we stayed was impeccable and we found everyone very friendly and willing to assist us in every way. Keith's tour was informative and interesting). He even managed to get me out of bed an hour earlier so we would miss the traffic!!!! Dulini was magical for all 3 of us (even though I had only been a year ago). It was lovely to meet everyone again and introduce Guy and Siena to them. We loved every minute of it and will certainly return at some point in the future. It is definitely the best bit.

I can honestly say that we have not stopped talking about the trip since we came home. I would not hesitate to recommend "Here's My Card" to anyone I knew who was thinking of a trip to South Africa. You and Kerry do a marvellous job at making us feel comfortable, looked after, and at ease with our surroundings. It's just like "home from home" (apart from the weather!!!!).

Our 3rd trip with Here’s My Card was yet another wonderful family adventure for the Dineen's and thank you so much for orchestrating it all. We loved the difference in landscape and mood between Kalahari, Tswalu and Kruger, Londolozi. Both facilities were excellent, though I have to say our favourite is Londolozi overall for approach, service, professionalism while still being warm. The Saxon was beautiful; such a short stay seemed a shame not to enjoy the amenities. The rooms were beyond huge... as was the case as Pioneer Camp. We could have easily fit into one lodge there for sure & extended the stay a couple of days instead...next time. The guides and trackers in both locations were excellent as was the rest of the staff. Our fondness for the region continues to grow.

Another fantastic trip organised by ‘Here’s My Card’. This third trip which incorporated a wonderful beach and sightseeing holiday with an awesome game reserve in Botswana. Our family holiday started with Christmas in Plettenberg Bay at a really wonderful private villa. Perfect for the children as there is lots of space & they spent most of the time in the pool. Then onto incredible Botswana for some Big 5 Action!! Breath-taking scenery & incredible game viewings with our great tracker & ranger team! We ended with time in Hermanus – for beach & golf & despite the 3 centre holiday it all worked seamlessly without a single hitch…….that’s why we keep coming back!

We have just returned from the most spectacular experience planned with the utmost care and attention to detail. Kerry and Clare really interpreted our brief for a family holiday for my husband and I with our three girls in South Africa - featuring Cape Town, the coast, the wine regions and a spectacular safari. Accommodation and locations were all suggested by Kerry after a very brief conversation with me - and they all totally hit the spot…balancing luxury/location and something a little bit special! 

From the moment we arrived in our first destination in Camps Bay and read the notes for our two week holiday we knew we were in for a real treat - the notes were beautifully presented and became our ‘bible' for our stay helping us navigate through the various locations with no stress - knowing everything was booked or available as we needed it. We would never have found the restaurants - and each one was different and showcased another aspect of the areas we were staying in. The ‘bible’ is now a fabulous memento of our two week stay in the Cape! At each destination the local team had been briefed by Kerry and Clare about our trip and where we were on our journey. It was a holiday for us all….and importantly for us the girls were really taken care of. 

From the wonderful views from the top of Table Mountain, eating in some magical Cape Town restaurants, to watching whales basking in the bay from our room at Hermanus, then leaving the girls to make bread in the kitchen at Babylonstoren whilst we enjoyed a tour of the wine cellar (as well as tasting!). However the finale at Lion Sands took our breath away. We were treated to most of the Big 5 on every game drive - up close and personal - with expertise from our Ranger and Tracker who also awakened an interest in the most amazing birds in the area. We even had elephants who tried to join us all for dinner one evening!!

Thank you so much Clare & Kerry for organising such a wonderful trip to South Africa. We had the most amazing family holiday and all the children loved the whole experience. The itinerary was perfect - Cape Town, particularly Constantia was beautiful and we really enjoyed our time there. The safari lodge was far better than we could have ever expected and our youngest daughter (aged 2) came out on every game drive with us. Our ranger was fantastic and he was brilliant with the children and we really enjoyed his company too! Plettenberg Bay was beautiful and very relaxing, and Franschhoek was a great place to enjoy the views, wine, food and shopping.

Mauritius was our first 'proper' holiday with our little boy of 18 months. At first, there were so many hotels to choose from, we were overwhelmed! However, based on our criteria, Clare and Kerry hit the nail on the head. The Long Beach was exactly what we were looking for: good food, great rooms and babysitting facilities with a kids club so we could also have some down time. Here's my Card organised our trip at very short notice, and were always happy to accommodate any changes or requests we made up until the last minute including coordinating flight details for my mother in law and her partner who came to join us from Belgium.

Everything was thought through from the baby meal on the plane to the car seat for the transfer as well as the proximity or our rooms. We were very impressed with everything from start to finish. Thank you for all of your help in planning our wonderful holiday. It truly was a vacation of a lifetime. It was great for both John/me as well as the kids - kept us engaged the entire time. I can't begin to share the highlights as they are endless but starting out in Grootbos and working our way back to Cape Town then onto Singita was the perfect order of travel.

Our guide & tracker at Singita were the best. They were wonderful with the kids and were passionate about their jobs. We definitely got off the beaten path and benefitted from it. We saw so many different things from sitting in a pride of Lions (later watching them feed off their kill), leopard, cheetah, cubs/babies, giraffe, rhino, hippo, and on and on. On the last day on safari, we were in the plunge pool and saw an elephant come to drink at the river's edge. He was soon followed by 20 other elephants - of all ages - it was spectacular way to end the family holiday!

A holiday that had everything...The professionalism and personal touch from Clare and Kerry from early planning shone through every stage of our trip. Their attention to detail ensured we could just take in and enjoy all that this great Country had to offer us. Thank you for creating and giving us a very special holiday - truly memorable. From the moment we set foot in South Africa Here's My Card made our holiday easy - all we had to do was to follow the instructions as we visited the wine area, Cape Town and Sabi Sands. 

After months of planning and anticipation three daughters and Mother rendezvoused in Stellenbosch - two of us from New York and two from London - to start a Christmas and New Year holiday of a lifetime. Kerry & Clare had selected accommodation, restaurants and sightseeing suggestions that were just 'us'. The final part of the trip was the safari experience that surpassed all expectations. We all had the most amazing time and will remember it forever.

We had such fantastic family holiday in South Africa..it was so so special and we are indebted to you both for putting together such a wonderful holiday for us. It was incredibly efficient and all worked brilliantly and so a 9 day holiday, ended up feeling like at least a fortnight.

Without a doubt the highlight was Tswalu ... the most enjoyable 3 days I have ever spent on holiday. The arrangements from Johannesburg, the accommodation, the facilities, the animals and particularly the staff were all just superb. We just didn't want to leave and we all boarded the plane reluctantly with some moisture in our eyes! Quite simply everyone should visit Tswalu before they die! Next we arrived at La Residence where again the accommodation and staff were fantastic. We loved our villa and had a free run of the terrace, where the food was superb. In particular the kids loved La Residence, where they could eat whatever they wanted and had the choice of 2 pools! By now our expectations were very high and Birkenhead did not disappoint. The location, accommodation, facilities and people at the Villa were all fantastic. The children spent the days in and out of the pool with lunch squeezed in between! Ros and I ate most evenings at the hotel where the food, but particularly the people were truly out of this World! We really loved it here and the journey back to the airport was a reluctant one.

Many thanks once again for putting together a magnificent holiday and one which we will never forget! We will be in touch shortly to plan for next year!

We recently had a wonderful family holiday in Tanzania, organised by Here's my Card. This was a safari holiday, moving around to different camps and lodges in the Serengeti region. The accommodation was fantastic, particularly at Tarangire National Park and at Singita Faru Faru Camp. Everyone we met without exception was extremely courteous, welcoming and helpful. The safari experience was truly memorable. We saw an abundance of wildlife up close in locations such as Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. Highlights included a night safari where we came across a leopard with a an impala she had killed up in a tree, and a pride of lions feasting on a zebra! We will never forget the roars of lions outside Swala Camp in the middle of the night! or the huge herds of wildebeest and zebra on the Serengeti plains. It was a truly memorable experience for us all and well done to Here's my Card for helping us to arrange such a special family adventure.
