My parents came to South Africa for the trip of their lifetime. Everything was immaculate from the moment they arrived until the moment they left.

My mother referred to the the itinerary as the "elephant book" and leveraged every bit of detail in it like it was a religious tome.

The time on Safari was amazing and the guides of the city were perfectly suited for each event. I couldn't have planned a better experience for myself and my folks. Kerry and Here’s My Card were recommended to us by a friend and another client of hers. It became apparent very quickly why she was so highly recommended. Kerry was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic from the start, presenting us with lots of different options for itineraries and activities, being careful to consider what would work for both us and the children. She was very patient when we took some time to make decisions and changed our mind!

When we arrived in Cape Town we were so impressed with our amazing beach villa and its beautiful views of Camps Bay. She had left a fantastic full itinerary book to guide us for every day of our trip and it’s the little things like offering to have some shopping already in the villa that make the difference.  Some of our favourite memories are getting so close to the penguins on boulders beach, enjoying the most fabulous food and wine, strolling along the beach and the views from Lions Head and Table Mountain. 

On Kerry’s recommendation we then stayed on a beautiful working farm in the winelands where they grow their own food. The children loved feeding the donkeys, spotting tortoises just plodding about, scavenger hunt on bikes and the adults enjoyed the spa and the most amazing breakfasts! The views in the winelands are incredible.

We then finished off with a safari at the luxurious but extremely child friendly Kwandwe. Our ranger was superb with the children and we loved the whole experience - beautiful setting and accommodation and so exciting to see a pride of lions drinking at a watering hole, cheetahs on a sunset stroll, rhino and baby, giraffes and elephants. 

Kerry had planned it all perfectly and we had our best ever holiday. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Here’s My Card.

We have nothing but the highest praise for and gratitude to Clare and Here’s My Card for organizing an incredible trip for our family.   We started in Cape Town and then stayed at Lodges in Sabi Sands, Kruger and Zimbabwe near Victoria Falls.   Each location was a fantastic experience with incredibly warm and welcoming staff and truly fabulous game drives.  Not a single complaint about any of our destinations.
 
Clare was tremendously helpful in planning a trip that met all our needs.  We have three adult children in their 20’s, and their departures and arrivals were all somewhat different, but everything worked out great and the selection of Lodges was perfect.  Clare really took the time to understand our needs and objectives and then planned a perfect trip. When logistical issues came up (as they always do) she was right on top of it and made sure that everything went smoothly.  And Clare even planned an extra weekend for my son in Harare.

We had the most amazing holiday ever - thanks to you! This was the first time we had a holiday which was so organised for us and it worked brilliantly.

Kwandwe was the most incredible place we've ever stayed. The accommodation, surroundings and service just couldn't be bettered.

The safari experience was life changing. Our guide and tracker were brilliant - so interesting and enthusiastic. They really cared about making the whole experience as special as possible. It was the best holiday we could have done with two teenage boys who both loved every moment of it.

The beauty of the animals and the reserve will stay with us forever. The leopard proved elusive but it didn't detract from the holiday. Highlights were watching a pride of lions and cubs playing, baby elephants and a baby cheetah.. We even had an old bull elephant who took a bit of a fancy to our lodge and plunge pool! Bit of a surprise when we opened the curtains in the morning. ...!

We originally really wanted to go to Mauritius are so happy she convinced us to start our trip in Mozambique instead. Benguerra was exactly the unique experience we wanted to kick things off. Just a quick note to thank you for organising a fantastic week for us. It was the best trip we ever had together. Everything worked so well. The Cape Grace is still excellent and Kwandwe was amazing. I think Uplands Homestead was the most beautiful place I have ever been to. Not sure why but it really hit a spot for me. 

We hardly saw a cloud for the week and the trip to Robben Island, Table Mountain and all out transfers and flights worked like clockwork.

This was our family's first safari, and with two small children we were a bit nervous. We had specific requests as far as activities to keep our kids occupied including archery and a special birthday surprise for our daughter, who had just turned 11. Kerry went to great measures to be sure all of our requests were met, and even surprised our daughter with a special birthday gift upon our arrival in Johannesburg!

The staff at Singita's Pamashana Lodge was spectacular - always attentive to our needs and very kid-friendly.

Here’s my Card organised our trip to Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia and it was amazing!  We wanted to see a lot of different things, which was complicated to arrange due to the sheer distance between locations - without help from Clare & Kerry, I’m not sure we would have achieved our “trip of a lifetime”. 

They gave us the necessary guidance on our itinerary, arranged all our transport, including our own pilot to fly us around Namibia, and found us some truly spectacular accommodation.  They were even on call to help rearrange things when Nambia’s seven-year drought broke overnight and a dried up river became a 100m wide torrent resulting in the need to alter some plans. You guys managed to rearrange our accommodation immediately and seamlessly while we were in the air!   

All in all, it was a fantastic trip and we will definitely be organising some more African adventures with you in the future. Thanks so much to you!

It’s an interesting thing getting married… a thousand things to consider, especially the venue. We asked Kerry for a suggestion of a Bush Lodge that could cater for us, and pretty quickly she came back with Lion Sands. What a suggestion that turned out to be! As you will know anything and everything with Here’s my Card is easy! But to find that, that ease continued all the way to the lodge, its managers and staff is a prime example of why we love to use Here’s My card. Their recommendations are top notch, never wrong, and the service is superb. Of Lion sands I can say this:

Everything was flawless, service was superb, food delicious, drinks refreshing, and just smiles all round.

And even though we planned everything and took measure for that which we couldn’t, when it rained on the Friday night, the team took it in their stride as easily as a spilt drink needs replacing. To see guides, butlers, managers, cleaning staff, from 3 lodges coming together, some without knowing each other’s names, and putting together a 5 star dinner for 70 people, in 30 minutes was something to behold. All while keeping the festivities going at the bar. Truly that was the special moment for me from Lion Sands on the weekend. Such ease. Such class.

So to Kerry and Clare, from Renee and I, all we can say is thank you, thank you, for your flawless arranging, professional service, and a truly once in a lifetime suggestion!

Thanks to Clare and team for helping us get setup with one of our best vacations ever! Clare was very thoughtful and thorough in researching lodges to meet our needs… and she introduced us to Kwandwe resort which turned out to be the perfect option for my wife and I to bring our 5 year old daughter. We loved Kwandwe so much -- the game drives were brilliant, our ranger and guide (Ivan and Ernie) were very skilled and attentive, and we had so many terrific animal experiences. 

The food and lodging was top notch (I’m still stuffed thinking about all the food we ate) and we really felt cared for by the staff. Kerala had a great time too – she got to go on a ‘Poo safari’ (a lot more fun than it may sound) and she made cookies one of the afternoons while Ann got an in-room massage. The amenities were great. Thanks again for a great trip!

This was yet another great trip organised by Here's My Card. I think it's our 7th or 8th with them. Their knowledge of the best places to visit and to stay at in South Africa is second to none. Our trip was organised in great detail, with nothing left to chance and I liked the way they kept on file details of all our preferences from previous trips and automatically provided them to the various hotels we stayed at. On this trip we branched out and went on safari and Singita Boulders didn’t disappoint – it was the highlight of the whole holiday. While Here’s My Card doesn't usually book flights, they provided us with lots of very helpful advice about the pros and cons of different methods of domestic travel, particularly to/from the Kruger which was terribly helpful and also recommended and booked all our restaurant reservations. Kerry did a fabulous job of finding lovely hotels for our 10 day trip along the Garden Route and ending in Cape Town for 9 days. We were thrilled with her additional touch of booking restaurants for us to enjoy and giving us lots of tips for vineyards, restaurants and excursions we would not want to miss. 

It’s clear she has excellent knowledge of the area and relationships with lovely places to ensure that our trip was as perfect as possible. We didn’t make it very easy on her as we decided start our trip around the world in South Africa at the last minute (we had originally planned to start in New Zealand) and gave her with less than 2 weeks to book everything! I’m sure that was no small feat, but she handled it smoothly and kept us in the loop at all times.

We were back in South Africa for our fourth trip in seven years and all of them have been planned to perfection for us by Clare. This trip was a bit of a ‘hybrid’ – we started out with two good friends, this became four in the middle of the week for a few days and then we finished the second weekend all on our own in the beautiful Leeu Estate as our friends headed off for more fun on safari in Kruger, and back in Cape Town respectively.

As we’ve done on our other trips we always try and stay in different places and visit different wine estates and restaurants. Our day in the middle of the week on the Wine Tram in Franschhoek with a picnic at Grand Provence and then finishing the day with dinner at La Residence was a truly memorable experience for all of us.

It was also lovely to meet Clare again at our hotel in Camps Bay when we arrived. Thank you once again Clare – a truly wonderful trip (again) and we’ll be back so watch this space…...
